She brings a wealth of experience in customer experience, marketing, and digital strategy, holding a Business Degree and an MBA. With over 20 years of experience, Joanne has successfully transformed businesses through her human-centred approach, strong project management skills, and effective stakeholder engagement. Her expertise in enhancing customer experience and driving business success will be invaluable to the board.
