Jon Jamsek is our Chief Operations Manager at Blacktown Venue Management Ltd.
Jon commenced working at Blacktown Key Venues in February 2022. Previous to this, he held a variety of positions in operations and venue management at sporting and leisure venues across Sydney and also has a Diploma in Sport and Recreation Management. This qualification as well as his previous roles have developed and built Jon’s experience and expertise in maintaining and managing sporting venues.
At Key Venues, Jon is responsible for the operations of Blacktown City Council’s aquatic and leisure facilities which involves overseeing Key Venues safety & compliance systems, guidelines and processes to help ensure that staff and customers across our venues are always within a safe environment.
Jon is also involved in developing and maintaining relationships with key industry bodies to facilitate the development of our programs and activities that operate within Key Venues with his overall goal to ensure that we as a team provide our staff, customers and visitors with the best possible service so that they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
