Richard de Guzman is the Strategic Financial Analyst for Blacktown Venue Management.
Prior to this role, Richard has had extensive experience in the finance industry working for more than 18 years in one of Australia’s big four banks--from account reconciliation, financial system administration, to financial/management reporting and risk management.
Richard started working for Key Venues in 2015 as a part-time Learn to Swim instructor while working in the banking industry. He widened his knowledge in the sports and aquatic industry by participating and becoming a graduate of the company’s In-house leadership training - a testament to Key Venues’ aim for staff development.
In Richard’s current role, he serves as the main contact to Blacktown City Council Finance for any finance-related interaction. He also assists Key Venue staff regarding finance-related queries. He is responsible for producing financial/management reports for Blacktown Venue Management.
