You can view and purchase our memberships and visit passes using the links below.

Important information

Before buying a membership that includes group fitness or gym-use, you will need to complete and submit an Adult Exercise Pre-screening System form(PDF, 530KB) to us. This form will need to be resubmitted every 12 months to use our health and fitness facilities.

You can email your completed form to your preferred centre or bring a printed copy on your first visit. If you answer 'yes' to any question in stage 1, you'll need medical clearance from your GP or an allied health professional before using our health and fitness facilities.

You must be 16 years or older to use our gyms. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian provide a signature at reception to use our gyms.

Please note that direct debit memberships can only be purchased in-centre.
